Raiders 2019 State Swim & Dive Results

The Raiders had an outstanding weekend at the 2019 GHSA State Swimming & Diving Championships, bringing home a State Championship trophy from the Diving Competition as well as setting new school records in several Swim events.

Held at the Georgia Tech Natatorium Thursday, February 7 through Saturday, February 9, the Raiders had 21 athletes competing. Overall, the Boys team finished 8th (2 places ahead of last year), the Girls team finished 12th (3 places ahead of last year)

Congratulations to Senior Haley Allen for winning 1st Place in the Girls Class 4A-5A diving competition.

Congratulations also to Sophomore Brandon Rice for winning 2nd Place in the Boys Class 4A-5A diving competition  

Additionally, the Raiders set new school records in four events:  Boys 200 Medley Relay, Boys 200 Free Relay, Boys 50 Free, and Boys 50 Fly.
