Boys Tennis hosted Lithia Springs Thursday afternoon, March 16 in Region 6-AAAAA competition. Unlike Tuesday's frigid weather, Thursday was much more pleasant, especially with an all-lines win over the visiting Lions.
All matches were eight-game pro sets. Gaurav Kunwar battled back from a 2-5 deficit to win at #1 singles. Davis Esslinger cruised to an 8-0 win at #2. Ben Shainker looked terrific at #3 singles with an 8-1 win. In doubles action, the team of Carter Rozenboom and Sam Shir notched a good win at #1 doubles, while Slate Fluker and Max Seidel won 8-0 at #2 doubles.
