Meet PJ Graybeck, Strength & Conditioning Coordinator

PJ Graybeck joined the Raiders in June 2014 as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. He coached the JV Boys Lacrosse team for the 2015 season.

He brought ten years of strength and conditioning experience at both the high school and college level to the Raider program. Graybeck is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages to develop speed, strength, and agility.

Before joining the Raider staff in 2014, Coach Graybeck was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, the Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach, and an Assistant Varsity Football Coach at Sprayberry High School. Prior to Sprayberry, Graybeck was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Clarke Central High School; he also served as an intern Strength and Conditioning Coach on the University of Georgia Football team. Additionally, he held several assistant strength and conditioning coaching positions in high schools in both Georgia and New York.

Summer 2018 Strength & Conditioning

The Raider Summer 2018 Strength & Conditioning program is offering weight training to supplement team summer activities.

Due to campus construction, all summer athletic activities are off campus this summer.

The Summer 2018 Strength and Conditioning program begins Monday, June 4 and concludes Thursday, July 26, 2018.

The Football program is using the North Springs High School facilities. Football workouts are every Monday through Thursday from 2-5:30pm.

All sports other than football are using the Ridgeview Middle School facilities every Monday through Thursday between 8-11am. Each team will follow a specific schedule (link).

NO activities take place during GHSA Dead Week (July 2-6)
Summer conditioning is open to rising enrolled 9th-12th grade students
