Carlos Martinez is the JV Softball Head Coach and serves as an Assistant Coach to the Varsity team. Over the years, Martinez has been in almost every coaching position possible with the Lady Raiders. Between 2008-2011, Martinez was an Assistant Coach. He stepped up to take over the Lady Raiders Softball Head Coaching duties for the 2015-16 season and then returned to the Assistant Coaching ranks in 2016-17.

Additionally, Martinez has been the Raiders Head JV Baseball Coach since the 2009 season, and has served as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach.

Martinez is a Physical Education teacher at Heards Ferry, the neighboring elementary school. Coach Martinez is from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
