The Varsity Softball team travels to Lithia Springs (2520 East County Line Road, Lithia Springs, 30122, map) on Wednesday afternoon, October 3 to determine the 2018 Region 6-AAAAA Champions. Game times are at 3pm and 5:30pm in the best of three series. Game 3, if necessary, is at Lithia Springs on Thursday, October 4 at 5:30pm
Lithia Springs (7-0) is the #1 team in Region 6-AAAAA competition, while the Lady Raiders (6-1) are #2, with their only region loss to Lithia Springs.
The winner of the best of three series will hold the #1 seed going into the State Class AAAAA Tournament; the loser will earn a #2 seed.
